Founded in 2009 by Martin Hoy and Karl Dorman, Hoy & Dorman Consulting Engineers is a dynamic, multi-disciplined engineering consultancy with highly qualified and experienced engineers dedicated to the development and implementation of practical and innovative solutions in civil engineering.
The founding partners, Martin Hoy and Karl Dorman, have over 25 years combined experience as design consultants, major/minor infrastructure planners and project managers. They have extensive experience working for private sector and Roads Service. They founded a company which provides clients with the assurance of solutions based on sound engineering principles and experience. In achieving this, they work closely with clients, building strong working relationships and instilling client confidence through the delivery of our projects.
