CDM Co-ordination
Our primary objective is to avoid risk in the design, construction and maintenance of a project. We believe the role of an effective CDM Co-ordinator requires sound knowledge of:
- Design – insight into the design and procurement process
- Construction – comprehension of techniques and activities
- Health and safety – good understanding of current legislation and best practice
All our CDM Co-ordinators are formally qualified, many of them in more than one discipline, and all have extensive experience in the essential elements of the construction process. They fulfil the competency requirements set out in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. The combination of our construction and safety engineering experience is ideal for undertaking the CDM Co-ordinator role.
