Our secondment and outsourcing service ensure our clients with are always provided with professional, highly skilled technical staff to assist with peaks in workload or when short-term specialist expertise is required. We offer a range of secondment options allowing clients to use their staff budget cost-effectively.

We can satisfy demand for specialists by supplying our own staff on a contract basis. We build long term relationships with our clients by giving honest advice and providing professional solutions based on our knowledge and understanding of the markets in which we work. Our secondment and outsourcing service co-exists with the traditional consultancy work that Hoy & Dorman carry out.

Our secondees work for local authorities, Government, consultants and contractors across numerous sectors. They are available for short and long term support, based with clients or on site within integrated teams alongside our client’s own staff. We appreciate the importance of developing and sustaining effective, strong relationships. We therefore provide continuity by ensuring that our secondees are available to return to our clients periodically from one project to another.

Seconded staff are fully covered by the Company’s Employer’s and Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
